Casita Guanajuato started with a simple idea: cook the way families cook back home in Guanajuato, Mexico — from scratch, with care, and for anyone who walks through the door.
I think I found a new favorite breakfast taco place! Love that you can choose between white & yellow cheese. Homemade corn tortillas. Delicious salsas. Their staff is going to know me by name soon enough 😂
Is nice and clean when you walking. I enjoy the Latina music. Best hot spicy shrimp I ever had. My favorite is the homemade tortillas and aguas frescas. My partner favorite was the pozole. We definitely coming again.
Had a pambazo with chicken fajita, and let me tell you I was not disappointed at all. A very rare dish to come across in the us that Guanajuato or Mexico in general serves. Very good will have one again in the future!
